For fee reimbursement you need to have income certificate obtained by the mee seva of the respective state with specified validity announced by the state government.

I guess you won't recieve scholarship/ fee reimbursement from Telangana Govt but then AP govt shall give you the scholarship. Furthermore, in case you are not eligible for state govt scholarship, try for central govt's merit based scholarship which is lesser in amount but still something to cheer about. Wish you good luck.

As you are basically from AP ,then you are treated as non local candidate for TSICET ,so for fee reimbursement you need to submit you certificates affiliated ffrom the respective state MRO ,So you need to be eligible for fee reimbursement with valid documents like income,caste, residential incase you are non local then only you can avail for fee reimbursement
