With this marks it will hard to get IIT's but there might be a chance you can get government college.as it depends on your AIR.

It is hard to predict your exact rank as it depends on several criteria and it can change every year.

GATE scores are totally dependent on highest marks and qualifying marks and may differ completely from year to year. For similar marks for this year, your score may vary the very next year..
