Yes you can qualify if you study well. Since you are in class 12th finish your boards portion first. If you have already finished with it then awesome. Then you can read NCERT Textbooks. Time management will play most important role in studying.
I would suggest you to study each subject everyday. It's because if you concentrate only on one subject then the rest of the subjects will pile up. Also health is very important that is study everyday but don't exhaust yourself too much that you can't study the other day.
There are many reference books available for JEE Mains. HC Verma for Physics, OP Tandon for chemistry , ML Khana and RD Sharma for Mathematics.
