Hello Aspirant,


It will be quite difficult as the field in which your are in is also very tuff and need a lot of time to study and on the other hand preparing for upsc in one heck of a task so you will have to decide very calmy as what you are talking about is though possible but indeed very tall mountain to climb.
You cant deviate your focus from medical because you are studying to be a doctor who is one the most respected human being in this world and is considered as second god.So, many lives will be in your hand and you will have to study very well.

Now if upsc is your dream or passion then make time and start from little day by day...make routine and taje time separately for that but keep in mind during tour college your medical should be top priority.
