Dear Ashish, you haven't mentioned the course you want to pursue. However, based on your 10+2, you can get admissions into B.Sc Nursing and B.Tech. For admission into B.Sc Nursing, you should have completed your 10+2 with a minimum of 45% in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. For this course, you should have at least completed 17 years age by December 31st, 2018.

For admission into B.Tech, you should have completed your 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. You should have been born after July 1st, 1988.

For Dual Degree, B.Tech + M.Tech, you should have completed 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology.

Now that you have scored 58% in your 12th, you are eligible for B.Sc Nursing from KIIT University.
