Dear Mr. Rao,  Even if you want to take admission under Management Quota, you will have to appear for the relevant entramce examination. For AP, it is AP PGECET. The lower age limit for appearing for AP PGECET is 21 and there is no upper age limit for appearing for AP PGECET. Now at the time of seat allotment, preference will be given for GATE/GPAT scores. And even there os no upper age limit for GATE. So ideally, what you can do is appear for GATE and if you score real good, you might as well secure a seat in Government Quota. But if you want a seat in Management Quota, you can appear for AP PGECET. However, you may have to wait until next year as this year AP PGECET exam has been donw with and the counselling is in progress.
