You can go for b.tech. after diploma. You can get direct admission in 2nd year of b.tech. through lateral entry. You need not to complete 10+2 for admission into b.tech. but not every college take admission through lateral entry scheme. So, complete diploma with good marks and then go for admission in b.techm 2nd year.

You need to first complete Diploma 3 yearsand based on aggregate scores obtained you shall get admission into dkrect second year of engineering via lateral entry. However admission process shall vary for all colleges as sone also require you to appear for entrance test as well.
