There is no defence quota in JEE exam/NIT/IIT

 You should score more then 160 marks in JEE Main to get a seat in NITs in general category or

You should try to score more then 230 marks in JEE Main to get seat in top NITs and top branches.

Why dont you try Army Institute of Technology , Pune  through JEE mains
