Hello aspirant!
I am sorry to tell you but you will not be able to get a government or private college even if you use some quota with 361 marks in NEET UG 2019. I think you should drop this year and appear in the examination again next year if you're determined to get a seat in BAMS. I wish you all the very best for your future!
