According to the expected cut off your probability of getting the admission is quite hard as the last year cut off was above 390.So sorry to say but you have hard chances. For 15% qouta the marks required for getting the admission in 461 for general category.

I would recommend you to go for other courses or deop a year to get admission in medical if you only want to go in medical.
