Sir i belong to telangana state UR category, can i choose telangana medical colleges in AIQ counselling ??

No you cannot appear in Telangana colleges through all india quota. You can get Telangana colleges through state quota. As you know there are 2 main quota. First one is state quota in which 85% seats are reserved for students belonging to same state as College. Another one is all india quita inwhich 15% seats are reserved for students from different states. Cut off for state quota is generally low as it is based on top neet score in that particular state. All india cut off is high as it is based on top neet score in nation. So state quota will be beneficial for you to get College in Telangana.

Ma'am i got 488 marks in neet & i belong to UR of telangana state ,do i have any chances for getting in free private medical colleges either in AIQ or SQ
