If you have completed the step step of your registration for INICET, and you got your registration I'd but not password, then you can retrieve password by clicking forget password on website.

If it tells you are not registered, then you need to register again otherwise you can retrieve your password from above method. If again you didn't get password, you can contact the email I'd given on website with your registration I'd and tell them about your issue.
