If you haven't paid for the application fee for AP PGECET 2019 then your application would have been cancelled because the lady for submission of fee without late fee was Arpil 5,2019. There were chances given for late submission till April 18.

Your question is quite confusing. Whether you are saying that you didn't fill the form fees or you are asking for counselling.

For counselling you need to know that it was till July 11 only.
