You haven't mentioned which state ICET your query is about, whether it is TS ICET or AP ICET. Nevertheless, you need to provide the class 12th cum pass certificate which is long memo, you cannot provide short memo. If it was for admission in to undergraduate course you can provide short memo since it takes time to obtain long memo but TS ICET is window for admission into MBA so you must have already obtained your long memo. If you haven't then please get your long memo from the respective college.
