According to the AP Eamcet counselling Tc ( transfer certificate ) is not required ,so if you have following documents then no need to worry

• AP EAMCET Rank Card 2020
• AP EAMCET Hall Ticket 2020
• Transaction receipt of the counselling fees
• Academic certificates from class 10th and 12th
• Migration Certificate
• Aadhaar Card
• Domicile Certificate
• Caste/Category Certificate (if applicable)
• Income Certificate
• NCC/CAP/Sports/Minority Certificates
• Seat Allotment Letter
