Hello Malik 

Malik since you have failed in the class 12th so inorder to get the certificate which is also called the marksheet of class 12th with all the subject has been marked as Passed inorder for that you have to give the class 12th one more time for clearing your subject then only you will able to get the regular certificate of passing the class 12th.
