If you have failed in 1subject it means you haven't passed the intermediate. Therefore you will not be eligible to apply and join in the colleges. Any colleges across the world will not give admissions to hsc failed candidate. But don't lose your hope. Start preparing from now on and clear HSC examination next year then you will be eligible to apply for many of the colleges.
