Nothing happens if you fail in one subject.After passing it  EAMCET convener will generate your rank.The generating of rank process is (75% of eamcet weightage + 25% of intermediate marks). For unreserved candidates the minimum score is 45% and above for others 40% and above to qualify in entrance exam.
