I don't think it will create a huge problem if both the addresses belong to same state. As you have enough supporting document such as Aadhar card and Birth Certificate, you won't face a huge problem I guess. Make sure to mention the correct address during JoSAA application form fill up. Don't worry, it's a mere issue and the authority will handle it with care. Good luck.
