If you go through the Information carefully you can see the IMPORTANT NOTES on the very first page.According to this Options in the application form once selected can't be changed at a later stage. So, i don't thing there is any remedial stage. You should contact the concern authority regarding the problem.

You have not mention for which state you have applied for the Panchayat Secretary.
