Yes you can surely  re appear for improvement exam,that will take place and you can give it another shot to score well in your exam.

If you get the desired marks in this attempt that will fetch you admission in some college for your further studies,then i guess there is no need for re examination.

But if its not happening ,you are not fulfilling the basic criteria then you can surely give the exam again and score good marks
