Hello there,
With 60% in 12th standard, you cannot get admission in IITs and NITs. Apart from these, you can get admission into any engineering college.

The eligibility criteria for any college is that you need to pass your 10+2 level with atleast 55% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, from a recognised board.

Then you need to appear for the entrance exams which are accepted in the college you are aiming at. JEE Main is a national level entrance exam, accepted throughout the country. Also there are some state level, and University level exams.

If you get the rank accepted by the college, that is, the cut-off rank, you can get admission there.

Hope this answer helps you.
Good luck!!
