• It is very difficult for you to get NIT with such percentile .
• Try to do your best in JEE ADVANCED
  
• If you get good mark in Private college or state level exam and CET
• YOU can get  government college with such percentile.

In that case, i guess you have cleared jee mains and eligible for jee advance? You should definitely prepare for jee advance too. However,  the answer to your question is yes. You can get one of the NITs . I am not sure about the course of your preferred choice but you can get admission. Moreover , make sure to check on Josaa counseling for guaranteed answer.
