As per your percentile of 93 in JEE Mains 2019 and rank 96000 you have some chance to get civil engg and Metallurgical and Materials Engg. in NIT Sikkim, Manipur, etc. Also you can check cutoff for civil engg and Metallurgiy and Material engg. with your respective state under home state category you may get seat in that NIT college.
