I honestly say that 106 marks is not enough to get any government college in Assam because the Cutoff is very high and the chances are very less.

But you must go through online counseling procedure and fill the top colleges in choice filling process, if your luck is with you then you must get the admission in government college but the chances are very less and the most important thing you belong to the general category so the chances are more less than you think.

But don't loss hope and try continuosly you may get the top autonoums or private college in Assam.
