For general the cutoffs in aith Kanpur is 183-477. So maybe you won't be able to get in there with your rank. The scheduled caste cutoff was from 858-1076 in 2018.

But Btech biotechnology (lateral) is having cutoffs from 1172-5920.

but in 2nd round counseling for general it goes to 1585....so I have a chance or not?
