Seat allotment is done by the rank you secure in ICAR UG.it is based on no. Of candidates appearing in exam,difficulty level of exam,no.of seats offered by the university.since factor is closer to previous year you can see previous year trend.

For sc category last year these colleges allot seat on your mentioned rank.top university are-

1.central agricultural university,imphal

2.nagaland university SARSD

3.RLBCAU,jhansi
