1.nit srinagar u can get electical engineering in special round as now a days two special rounds are taking place.
2.u can take chance in nit ravangla electrical and electronics engineering
3.nit dimapur also u can take chance
4.nit imphal
5.nit shillong
6.nit aizwal
7.nit silchar
8.nit auranachal pradesh
I have recommended you this colleges because every year seat matrix of colleges are increasing and with your rank there is only difference of either 2000 rank so it might be possible you get seat into these  nits as well as as earlier i have said that two special round are taking counter and 2000 rank is difference from 7th round so ,
