Since you have mentioned that you have secured 13158 and 70 marks, that too in SC category, you may be able to get some of the good category colleges if not the best in some respect.
Keeping aside the category you mentioned, there are few colleges that fall under the 'D' category of colleges in AP ICET that are absolutely giving you admission in any condition based on your marks and your rank-
