As per the previous year cutoff trends, the cutoff rank for State EBC category candidate was 9022 in 2018 for B.A. LLB in CNLU Patna. So if you have a state domicile, you can avail the advantage of this quota to get admission in CNLU. As your rank range is way better than the cutoff rank, then even if the cutoff ranks are high this year, you seem to have a very good chance of getting a seat in CNLU Patna. Although, I suggest keeping your options open for the future.
