As per your rank and previous year cut off there is no chance of you getting ECE in first category in vellore campus , but you can get ECE in vellore in 2/3 category .

You may get ECE in first category in chennai campus and also may get ECE (spec in internet of things and sensor) in first category in vellore.

For this rank getting ECE at Vellore campus seems quite difficult.You may get ECE(with specialisation in IOT and sensor) at Vellore.There is a high chance for you to get Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering at Vellore campus.Also, there is a high chance for you to get ECE at Chennai campus and ECE is the second most opted branch in this campus.
