congratulations, your rank is good enough to expect admission in PU. you have less chances of main campus with this rank. But you can go for regional centres.

Considering your rank in entrance exam is 171 and that your Graduation score is 89% you seem to have a good chances for admission in PU.
There are 300 seats each for LLB in the Chandigarh campus, 60 each in regional centres.
So considering the fact that your entrance rank is quite good but your graduation marks are quite average , so your chances seem fair. There are less chances for Chandigarh campus and good chances for regional centres. You can expect 50-50 chances for Chandigarh and for rest it's good. So wait for the final ranks to be out for a better estimate. But as of now chances seem fair.
