You have high chances of getting a seat in Kakatiya University College, Waranagal because as per their last year's records the closing rank for BC E category in MBA course was around 3800 which you qualify. Though the cutoffs vary every year but they do set a base for knowing our chances so I think you have great chances in getting a seat in KU.
