Hello aspirant, you are eligible for counselling process , but then which college you would get is unpredictable. Anybody who has qualified the entrance is eligible to take part in counselling. The college allotment is another procedure . It depends on the marks scored , rank obtainwd and branch you want to take.

I would like to inform you that you are eleigible for the counselling. Candidates must score atleast 30 out of 120 ie. 25% to be eligible for merit list. As for SC/ST students there is no minimum qulalifying marks so yes you are eligible. I hope you get your desired college and branch.
