Please tell us the examination in which you have secured this rank,  so that we could refer to the previous years' closing ranks and help you with whether there is any seat available for you or not. Considering this exam to be the standard examination for the entire country for engineering, i.e. JEE, you have no chance to get a seat in any of the top colleges, sorry for that.
