Mahesh as you have got 35.87 normalised score in tancet m.tech and also you have bc category,  so you have made the cut to sit for the tancet counselling  as the cutoff for M.tech was 32 this year around.  Also the counselling for tancet has already started from the 8th of july and the last date to fill the application form is 30th of July. So please do it accordingly
