Since your mentioned that your rank is 3761 you must have scored a score somewhere between 81-90 out of 200.

APICET 2019 cut off will be provided in the form of opening rank and closing rank. It will be determined individually for general and reserved category candidates. The table below represents marks vs ranks. Now if we have a look at the expected ranks on marks, your marks are around 81-90 and with this marks in your hands, you will be able to get admission into the following 'C' category colleges -

• Madanapalle Institute of Technology and Science, Chittoor
• Prasad V. Potluri Siddhartha Institute of Technology - [PVPSIT], Vijayawada
• Pydah College of Engineering and Technology, Visakhapatnam
• Rajeev Gandhi Memorial College of Engineering and Technology Nandyal - [RGMCET], Kurnool
• SRK Institute of Technology, Vijayawada

You are eligible for category C colleges like SRK institute of tech, vijaywada or RGMCET, kurnool or PVPSIT, vijayawada etc.
