With AIR 3882 and belonging to UR, the chances are nil as the last year's cut off was AIR 1353 for AIIMS Mangalagiri but it cannot be surely said as 6 new AIIMS has been introduced this year and 81 seats(UR) have been incremented (doesn't guarantees you a seat).
However, the merit list changes every year, only on that basis the admission is done.
