Mostly M.Tech admissions are based on GATE scores - the normalized ones. Moreover this will depend also on the specialization you will take up. If its CS, chances are pretty slim. Any other M.Tech you have to check the specialization and the cutoff. Check this article  and go to each IIT page and see which specialization takes PI and the cutoff for your category.
