Its tough to exactly say where you can get seat because the cutoff changes every year and this time the cutoff rose high and few seats have been increased.but with your rank,previous year analysis and category we can predict your possibilities to colleges.there are  less chances for you to get in to government colleges as cutoff increased.but you can try .you can get in good private colleges.for furthur info about your chances to colleges please check the following links:
