Hey there as per your ranking in jee mains 2019 cutoff for candidates  having ranks less than the cutoff will have less or  negligible chances in comparison to those who have more or equivalent ranks. The participating institute for BE will release their separate cutoffs for different branches offered by them and categories of candidates. So as per the cutoff and previous year ranking of government colleges your chances are less to secure a seat in it.
