It is difficult to provide any information as you have not mentioned neet rank ,neither the state or category you belong to.  If I consider previous years records, then the chances are mild to get admission in any of the government medical colleges. Your marks are quite low to procure seat in any government colleges, but you can try for private medical colleges.
