Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducts an exam to recruit eligible candidates to all India services which includes IAS,IPS, IRS, IFS and many other Group A and Group B services. The Basic eligibility criteria is the candidate must have passed graduation from a recognised Board of University. There is no Percentage criteria. Speaking about the age eligibility criteria , for general category minimum age is 21 and maximum of 32 years.
