NTA have not officially announced any cut off list yet but looking at the previous years cut offs ,you have chances to get a sit at NIT kurukshetra.

Yes you can definitely get in any NIT college as you have pwd certificate you can easily get any of the college , but you should definitely have a pwd certificate which you have to produce during counseling so hope that you will get a good seat and all the best for your future
