ccording to 2018 statistics, the closing rank for ECE is 6934 and for mechanical is 17643. But the closing ranks for NCC-A might be quite higher because the competition in that category will be very very low. if the seat is vacant, you will definitly get,  Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering in the same college closes at 46,335 for which you will have fair chances.
