Hello Vedant
Hope you are doing well as counseling of CEE has been started from 10th of june. And as per merit you are not eligible in 1st phase of counseling and sorry to say but your rank is way too high to get you into any government colleges under CEE. You can go for private colleges there are some private colleges which accepts admission with CEE rank. Hope these will help you regarding any query feel free to ask in comment section.
