(100- your percentile) × number of candidates appeared in January Jee main sessesion ÷ 100

Since you are from OBC category  and  2019 cut off for OBC Category , to qualify Jee main was 74.3166557, you have qualified Jee main exam but whether you will get admission to any NIT college, depends on cut off of NITs for jee main 2020 which depends on number of candidates appeared and qualified in exam, difficulty level of exam, and previous year's cut off.
