Well to get colleges like NITs,IIITs,GFTIs you need to have first cleared the required cutoff as per your category. The 2019 JEE Main cutoff for general category is 89.75 percentile. Since, you have got only 83.13 percentile, so as per the rules you are not JEE Main qualified. Still you can apply for counselling and see which colleges and what branches do you get. You may got get colleges in the first few rounds, but can get those in the last rounds of counselling. To get colleges like NITs,IIITs or GFTIs you need to attend the JoSAA counselling proccess. If you want to get admission in other colleges where they accept JEE Main scores, but they doesn't participate in JoSAA then you have to attend their respective counselling session. You can also apply for private colleges where they accept JEE Main scores.
