As you got 85.4 percentile, so your rank will be calculated using this formula
(100 - your percentile)*869010/100
According to given formula your rank will be around 1,26,875. There are few chances to get NIT on the basis of this rank but as you belongs to reservation category so you can get eastern NITs like NIT Mizoram, NIT Silchar, etc.
I will suggest you to prepare yourself for second attempt of JEE-Main that is going to held in April 2020.
For clear prediction of your college on the basis of your JEE percentile, you can use JEE-Main college predictor .

If we calculate your rank with a formula generally used ,then your general rank would be around 1 lakh, but your st rank would be better. You. Can get tier 1 and 2 NITs ,but may not be the best courses with it. You can get into, NIT goa,NIT nagpur,NIT warangal,etc.
