Hello,
You may not get admission in general rank but there high chaces of you getting admission in AIIMS colleges in ST category. You can even get admission in Delhi. Wait for the official list of AIIMS and stay positive.

It is highly difficult to get a seat in any of the AIIMS with this score as the cutoffs for AIIMS are really very high.
